Hospital Visit with México Sonríe
The Be Kind Committee, along with the México Sonríe foundation, will visit the Children’s Hospital in Toluca on Wednesday, February 25.
We ask for your support to bring a smile and a moment of fun to the children and family members going through a tough time there.
What can you donate?
Markers, colored pencils, coloring books, age-appropriate board games that are easy to play and in Spanish (everything should be new and unused), and crafting supplies for moms caring for the kids (for example: supplies to knit, embroider, make jewelry, etc.). We have very little time to collect donations. The last day is Tuesday, February 24.
Please send them to Rashide Cabrera.
Thank you!
Used Battery and Bottle Cap Collection
A reminder that the Be Green Committee has placed containers to collect used batteries and bottle caps next to the bus area entrances.
We donate the bottlecaps to AMANC to help with cancer treatments for children. The batteries are collected by Grupo IMU, who is dedicated to the responsible disposal of this particular kind of waste alongside the Mexico City government.
Thank you for participating. Small actions can generate a great impact!
Safe Gathering Commitment Letters
As part of our shared commitment to the wellbeing, safety, and healthy interaction of our students, the ConVive Sano Committee invites the families of all 5th through 12th graders to pledge to our community agreement that guarantees safe, supervised, and alcohol-free gatherings.
These letters represent a voluntary commitment to stand in solidarity with other parents who seek to protect our children during this stage of growth, as well as foster a culture of responsibility, respect, and mutual care.
We ask that you carefully read the document that corresponds to your child’s grade and, if you agree, sign it using the link at the end of the letter.
Your participation is crucial to continue building a community where our children and teens can hang out together happily and safely.
