NOTABLE INFORMATION
Supporting Learning through Balanced Nutrition
Early childhood is a time of fast brain growth. The foods we choose for our children help their brains develop, boost their immune system, strengthen their emotional development, and give them energy to learn and play.
Offering a balance of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs keeps their energy steady. Consuming sugar can lead to energy spikes, mood swings, and trouble focusing. Offering a variety of whole foods helps children build healthy habits. Letting them touch and explore food with their hands also helps their senses and coordination.
We encourage you to keep these ideas in mind when packing your child’s lunch for school. These small choices each day help set the foundation for their lifelong health and learning.

Building Knowledge, One Question at a Time
We are happy to share that our students at Alpes 605 have started the second stage of their project work.
In this phase, they explore deeply by observing, doing hands-on activities, discussing in groups, and showing what they learn in different ways. They conduct field visits, take notes, and carefully review their findings to answer the questions they created. Each classroom’s project is guided by these unique questions.
It is inspiring to witness their curiosity grow into thoughtful research and more organized thinking.
